The location was ideal, just a short walk from Ao Nang’s vibrant shops and restaurants. I loved the peaceful atmosphere of the pool area, making it a great escape from the busier streets nearby. The staff was incredibly accommodating, assisting with my island boat tour and ensuring my stay was comfortable. During my three-night stay, the Family Room with Balcony offered a cozy retreat after a day of exploring.

The resort offers beautiful surroundings and affordable tours. The pool became my sanctuary in the afternoons, a perfect escape from the chaos outside.

Be prepared for lively nights! The noise from the nearby club can be intrusive, particularly if you’re a light sleeper. It was active until the early hours of the morning.

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor to minimize noise from nearby clubs.

The pool is underwhelming and small!!! If you're a light sleeper, expect some nightly music disturbances!!! The walls need a good scrubbing and there’s a surprising lack of storage options in the rooms!!!

The crisp salads at Family Restaurant and the delicious omelets made breakfast feel like a feast! The pool area is a serene oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Ao Nang.

The breakfast could use a little upgrade and some of the fences to the rooms are needing a fresh coat of paint. Also, if you’re near the kitchen, it can get a bit noisy at times, but the staff was super helpful when we needed them. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

However, the walls could use some TLC, and occasional noise from outside could be bothersome for light sleepers. Additionally, while the pool area was nice, it felt a bit small for the number of guests.

Really enjoyed my time here! The bed was super comfy, and the pool was just the right size for lounging. The staff were friendly and helpful with all my questions. It’s close to a restaurant where I found some tasty local eats. The breakfast could use a little more variety, though.

The stay at Whalecome Aonang Resort-Sha Extra Plus was exceptional. The central location in Ao Nang was both convenient and peaceful, allowing for easy access to attractions. The room was immaculate, boasting the most comfortable bed I've encountered during my travels.

The shower could use some improvement.
